About Us

Fusion Welding started in 2018 in a small single stall garage in Foley, MN with tools and equipment hanging from walls including a welding table that folded down from the wall and an overhead hoist built to fit the ceiling contour and lift at least a welder generator for mobile work as that was the main focus with such limited space.

As time progressed, we received more and more fabrication work on site and anything that fit in the garage which was a struggle at times but no matter what we made it work. Most of the work we received was from Brainerd Lakes area and north of Foley. After business kept growing and projects were bigger the hunger for more space was growing. And after 4 years of making it work having numerous jobs under our belt, it was time to make a change and we relocated to the region in which the majority of work came from and where we could have space for our new equipment.  

Our new facility includes: Machined fabrication tables, Overhead Cranes, a climate controlled atmosphere year round, CNC plasma table, 100 ton brake press, 1/4" capacity plate roller, tubing benders and rollers, and much more. All of which has opened a new door for opportunity. Making each and every project a breeze with quick solutions when it comes to design work for projects and repairs. We have now started marketing other products and services outside of welding including our shop storage systems, Additive Manufacturing, and Metal Interior Wall Art.

We appreciate the opportunities given from all of our customers and we make sure to start and complete every job on the right foot. Bringing values and work ethic rarely seen in today's complex market of tradesmen.
